All of our project consultations are free! If you’d like specific help, like a paint color consultation or design help, we charge $75/hour.

For larger projects, bathrooms and kitchens renovation packages, we charge $450 per bathroom and $750 for a kitchen. This includes: elevations, sourcing, spreadsheets with sources and costs. These packages are yours to keep once payment has been made. It is your project, you’ll keep if forever!

For the last decade, I have been running a busy residential and commercial construction company. I have project managed and designed small rooms to entire new builds and remodels. I also have flipped homes entirely - which allowed clients to get top dollar for the product we put on the market. You can trust me to make sure you will be satisfied with the end result and that your personality (not mine!) will show!

No…. but it helps! As you begin the renovation process, keeping your contractor on pace, on budget, and on the same wavelength as you is an incredibly hard job. I can help manage that. You will experience decision fatigue, dust, delays, second guessing, all before the project really even wraps up.

Absolutely! I am not here to try to convince you to spend 20K on furniture! My goal is to use what you have and your style specifically to turn your house into your home.

ABSOLUTELY! There is no minimum and no maximum space requirement. Want to paint a wall? Let’s do that. Want to renovate your bathroom? Let’s do it! Want to tear off the roof and add a second story? Okayyyy let’s do that too!!

I do! Since I own a construction company, I am well versed in how to work with builders and contractors. Its make the relationship with me easy - I don’t try to made decisions only as a designer - I think about the big picture and how a contractor is going to be able to address any situation! Additionally, I can GC most of my client’s projects as well - I have a couple of crews I work with specifically on renovation projects.
